Good morning Thanks for the query As per your words you are looking for Oral prophylaxis(Cleaning of Teeth), yes baking soda and tabel salt can help up to certain extent but they can not remove all the plaque and stains and using them will only mask the bad breath for sometime. Better Visit your Dentist go for oral prophylaxis and ask him regarding proper brushing technique
