Do brushing with baking soda and table salt remove yellow plague on teeth. Does it solve bad breath problem. If so, is it temporary or permanent solution

Baking soda is very abrasive for teeth. It is better if u go to a dentist and tackle the situation of yellow teeth and bad breath
