Bacterial infection on back on neck

Persistent infection on neck from 6 months. Last doc diagnosed it as bacterial. Pic is one month old . Now condition better but irritation persists. Doc in practo prescribed  Minoz 50 mg alternate day n retino A cream for 21 days. Now its almost 30 days . Have stoppod Minoz n applying retino daily .but releif not permanent. Kindly help
