My fallopian tubes having infection so I'm on medications for 14days metrogyl ...so can it be transferred to my partner as well...and if get cured can it be spread by partner to me again

yes your partner need treatment at the same time..... and alone metrogyl is not sufficient for treatment.... its incomplete....
