I have bacterial infection but no fever. does this mean my immune system is not working? Also I am taking azithromycin for the last 3 days as prescribed by my doctor. should i consult the doctor again on whether to take more dose of azithromycin or not?

Lack of fever does not always mean a poor immune system.
