Backpain after ovulation

My ovulation was on dec 4 , I'm ttc for two years. I had two miscarriages. Due to some reasons me and husband had contact only on dec4 and Dec 5 , I took HCG injection yesterday , I have backpain since 3dpo . Is there any chance for me to get pregnant in this cycle.before I had no backpain and I could do any job easily.but after 3 dpo I'm experiencing backpain even after doing light jobs.
