Backache after delivery
I delivery in July 2022 through cesarian and had back ache till 6 months but now when I wake up in morning and get up from bed my back hurts,after 10-15 min no pain is there,I use pillow during breastfeed only at night, Please Suggest how to get rid of this pain Is there any exercise or medicine or this is permanent after delivery
