I have right upper back pain, burning sensation and sometimes numbness from last 4 months,I followed some medication but nothing happened .

You are 22 years old. When you develop the symptoms of a 70 year old man at the age of 22 years, you should straight away go to a Neurophysician for a complete physical examination and investigations as advised by him.

Get an X ray done of your cervical spine. Your nerve roots on right side of spine C-7, C-8 might be getting pinched in intervertebral spaces. Most likely the nerves are sending these abnormal sensory impulses due to this. Consult me on Practo after this with your x ray findings

Take Etoshine 90: 1 tab twice daily after breakfast and dinner for 5 days. Myotop 150 : 1 tab twice daily after breakfast and dinner for 5 days Gabapin Nt : 1/2 tab at bed time for 10 days Nexpro RD 40: 1 cap in empty stomach for 5 days. Check Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 assay. Hot Fomentation Avoid massage Avoid Lifting Heavy Weight Strenuous Activities Physical Exertion etc Take Bed Rest For 5 days
