Am working in electrical and submersible erection field when I take work much more time The left side hip can civierely get irritated pain and spreading in left leg So I can't concentrate my job usually So please tell the remedies to avoid the lower back pain Tell me any tablets or healthy food to avoid pain permanently Am unmaried yet Please help me Thank u
