Back pain specially in right side

Suffering from back pain and weakness after sexual intercourse. In 2015 I injured my back due to that some little pain started but now it is permanent problem for me I checked my whole body results were negative except in endoscopy which was positive I was suffering from candidiasis I cannot eat dairy products anymore because I feel very weak after eating dairy products My digestive system is now worse specially after sexual intercourse.
