I am abhilasha mishra,age 35. since last two days, I m suffering from severe pain in right side upper back along with shoulder and neck.unable to wake up from bed.kindly prescribed proper medication and please advice for bed rest as I am a service holder.due  to this covid situation I m unable to consult local medical.thanks
