I have a back pain problem from past 6 months. Due to this left leg also getting pain sometimes. In MRI scan L4 L5 lumber spine it is showing. I have taken some ayurvedic medicines & doing physiotherapy.still not cured completely.

Hello.. It would have been better if you would have shared the reports of the MRI spine...Secondly we also need to examine you... Generally in the initial stages we suggest complete bed rest and physiotherapy ..Plaese meet a an orthopaedician
