According to your history you could have a muscle injury in the back that let to muscle spasm. I advice you ice application for 10 minutes twice a day.application should be done with ice wrapped in a wet towel on the painful area. Forward bending and twisting should be avoided.back strengthening exercises should be done once the pain subsided to prevent further episodes.
