Sir i am having a back (koolha) pain on left side from past 5 years the pain is sometimes such that i cant even move . But it gets better by it's own for few months and then again it happens, the pain is not continuous but it is regular from past 5 years every month or two .. last when diagnosed a swelling was detected in xray .. but the main reason was still un identified why it happens . Plz suggest me how i can get rid of it
