kindly mention whether you have had any injury to your back .whether you have had any fractures in your spine in the past. if not you can right away attend physiotherapy for a week. preferably an x- ray lumbar spine could be taken prior to treatment to check for any signs of osteoporosis, spondylolysis, spondylolisthesis etc.
Next Steps
if all the above parameters are fine then you can go on with intermittent pelvic traction and interferential therapy for ten days, followed by pelvic tilt exercises and core stabilisation programme

Please meet a general physician who can prescribe some anti inflammatory and muscle relaxant. Try to get some rest and try these stretches: https://apmhealth.com/educational-resources/healthy-living-tips-and-resources/2-uncategorised/185-6-stretches-to-help-back-pain-ebook If you don’t feel any relief even after this then meet a physiotherapist.
