Back pain going down towards butt

Got treated with Spine TB, long segment myelitis 2 yrs back. Iam having Lower back pain and burning sensation, going down to left butt and left thigh. Not able to stand for long time and difficult in day to day activities. Right side is not paining. Help

You are already diagnosed, no need of further consultation for this problem You need physiotherapy,  care of skin, bowel and bladder. I am sorry to say permanent damage to Nerves and spinal cord already happened. Please boost your emotions and accept these disabilities
