Back pain from one year
Suffering from back pain from past 1year, done with MRI and confirmed that L4/S1 mild disc buldge and l5 sacralization.
I went to new doctor for the pain, he suggested bobe scan this time. Is it neccessary for back pain?? As it is more expensive i have a doubt with that.

--. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days.

--. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold air flowing from air conditioner.
--. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding.
--. Use no pillow under the head.
--. Avoid painful acts & activities.
