I have this back pain from last 7-8 years ... Because i fell down ... Every year in wi nters pain will b there but not in summers...  as i hv started working out,   now pain has occurred ..please guide

This may be due to strain not due to season consult orthopedic surgeon get proper advise from him, it will subside
