Back pain due to infant care

Hi! Am looking after an eight month old infant (holding him in my arms ) in my house and since, I have developed back pain only in one point on my back bone. Pain relief creams are only a temperature relief. Would like to check what are my treatment options.

Hi dear If it's a single point it could be due to muscle spasm Do warm compress or that area and take tab enzoflam for two days twice a day If it works well enough otherwise will have to give stronger pain killer or will have to investigate more Please consult in case of further query Take care
