Sir, please guide me regarding my back pain issue, suffering from back pain since last 30 days, in MRI scan identified disc bulge at intervals l4 l5 , l5 s1. Please guide me the treatment

The disc degeneration seen is very mild. If you have only backpain, then there is nothing much to worry at all. You need to maintain good posture, do regular exercise and avoid stress on the back.
