Having back pain randomly and also having cough and also having some problem related to back ache please tell me some solution so that it can be solved
⢠Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
⢠Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily.
⢠Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
⢠Avoid bending in front.
Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio. Once pain settled you can try back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
