I have been having back pain and nausea for a few days now, my friend is an MA for an obgyn and she brought home a dip stick test and it came back with nitrates and blood. She said it's a possibility I have a kidney infection and I don't know if I should go or am er or urgent care for treatment

Get Ultrasound whole abdomen to rule out stones . Get back to me with reports , will solve your problem
