Back pain and white discharges

In recent times I have severe pain in lower backs... I also get white discharges during back pain.. is this anything I should seriously look into and I work in night shifts I see weight losses after moving to night shifts

You should cbc check, and you can apply move locally  ,if not cured then  take tab nise once a day for five days
