I have mild back pain since 3 yrs..not regular..one time in 6months..but few days back I have joint pain near hip..I done with MRI and X rays....HLA B27 POSITIVE......in MRI joint space is reduced and no fluid is seen within joints... doctors told that there is no permanent treatment for that... exercise can only control this.

If its hla b27 positive then it means ankylosing spondylities also called bamboo spine There is no cure but to suppress it u have to keep active ur whole life and regular checkups and medications
