Back pain and karrr. Sound

I have back pain in and off since 3-4 years but goes off normally. Since one week, I feel like karrrr karrr sound in the back. Not exact sound but feeling like karrrr karrr. And pain also. Kindly help

It basically sound coming from joints in your spine.Start physiotherapy (back muscle strenghtening exercises) for this. It will gradually reduce. Nothing else required at present
