Your report is suggestive of anemia, uric acid mildly elevated and ESR elevated. You are likely to feel tired due to the anemia and have inflammation and pain over your joints due to the increase in uric acid and ESR. I would advise you to meet a MD general medicine to confirm the diagnosis and correlate the findings so that you can be treated accordingly. The following lifestyle changes may help: - Maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI - Eat fresh fruit, vegetables, whole wheat products and some pulses (high in purine) every day. - Have low-fat milk and dairy products daily. - Keep an eye on the purine content of food. Avoid offal, shellfish and crustaceans and tinned fish such as sardines in oil. - Eat no more than 100g of meat, sausages, fish and poultry a day. - Avoid alcohol and smoking if you have the habit - Eat low-fat food. The consumption of high-fat foods encourages weight gain. - Eat iron rich food such as spinach, meat, liver, pumpkin seeds, legumes - Drink at least two litres of low-calorie fluids a day. Recommended fluids are water, tea and fruit juice. - Exercise regularly (minimum 30 mins)
