Back pain and dizziness

Hi I'm a dialysis patient past 7 years ,having dialysis 3 times a week . Normally i only sit for about 2 or 3 hrs a day rest of the day I only sleep Cannot walk properly. Recently I have a very bad back pain In my hip region Started with right hip pain after 2 days it's even in left and the spinal also pains More like muscle pain But sometimes I get dizziness when I walk . Is this. A major issue . Should I meet a doctor , if so which doctor..
