Since the mattress is two year old it might have worn out.also check if it's sagging.other reason for the pain could be more of stiffness as at night your body is attaining one position for a very long time.. start exercising regularly .The morning stiffness and pain would eventually subside with good exercise plan and maintaining a consistent exercise programme.
