Hi Mam/Sir I have 5 months old baby..my delivery is cesarean section.off lately I  have severe back pain daily.please anyone suggest remedies.. I can't tolerate this pain .

The reason cud be calcium n vit d deficiency Take calcium supplements regularly till u are lactating
