I am suffering from pain in my back,neck and shoulder since two days.Please tell me what is the solution for this.

Tab Voveran plus ( Diclofenac with paracetamol) one tab twice daily for three days after meals. Stop using pillow. Need to look straight using Mobile/ Laptop.
