From last two days feeling pain in the middle of back bone area. If become worse while cough. I am taking pregablin and methycoblin and tendomac but for shoulder blade pain and vitamin d 60 k once in 15 day. Now is there any other option so that I get pain relief from back asap as don't want to take pain killer

It might be paraspinal muscle spasm You will have to take 2-3 dose of muscle relaxant to reduce the spasm Also it would require further information to come to a conclusion Consult online
