Back is always hot

Legs and hand are cold but his back is always hot what is the reason. he has cold and cough. Dr has given zyrtec and brozit ls for that.

Back is hot means (core temperature)real fever startPCM, after some time palm also become warm. Age not mentioned but upto 2 yrs head is looking warm it-is totally normal.
