Since 3days having sharp pain at back of my head ...no trauma or injury it just randomly pain started...no nausea or fever...when put heat pad feels little relax...pain like something putting pressure n stiffness at back of head...what cause will be??

Likely to be random and if suffering for first time just take painkillers for few days. Avoid mobile and TV Relaxation exercises like deep breathing.
