Back bending neck ache & dizziness

1. Neck ache appear on back bending of my head but disappeared on foreword bending. 2. Cracking sound appears on moving head. 3. Dizziness developed on morning and evening. 4. Dizziness with palpation happen when I drive a bike or car. 5. Blood pressure remain systolic 110-130 & diastolic 70-90. Pulse 90- 100 with normal tension. 6. Now I am feeling pressure on chest & burning sensation with tingling 7. During rest muscle jerking takes place with feeling pulsation. 8. Now I took medicine Nurokind gold RF capsule yesterday 2 & today one with omaze 20 9. I will take Myospas D tab on evening & night. 10. I want to treatment this dizziness rapid pulsation
