Hello, Pain from back to toe can be due to prolapsed disc . You may visit an orthopaedic doctor who may asses her and ask for investigations and come to final diagnosis. Later you may visit a physiotherapist who will show exercises to strenghten her back and give modalities to reduce pain. As of now you may ask her to wear a belt for the back and take lot of rest. Avoid lifting anything heavy things. Always turn from one side and get up from lying position. Avoid long sitting hours at one place and not to sit on the floor .
