Back and feet problems

I've had back pain the last three days at the bottom of my back in the middle near the spine it doesn't hurt at all when I lay down but if I sit up for more than a few minutes the pain becomes really bad and I'm in agony. Now my legs feel weak and my toes feel numb when I walk
