I got MRI done which says At l5 S1, there is a mild diffuse disc bulge causing mild thecal indentation. The left l5 and S1 nerve roots are partly conjoined resulting in higher course of S1 and lower course of l5 at the lateral recess and exit foremen respectively. These together result in mild impingement of both the l5 and S1 nerve roots.

You are suffering from prolapsed intervertebral disc asking with that u have congenital aberration in root anatomy hence your symptoms
Next Steps
You have to stay with analgesics and physiotherapy. Doesn't subside with that then u might need epidural steroid injection later possibly surgery
