My child is 2and half month old she urinates and then does a little more is safe and I'm also using diapper at night time.

As long as the baby doesnt strain much while passing urine, no fever, no lethargy, no feeding difficulties- not to worry. the baby should pass urine a minimum of 6-8 times. Continue exclusive mother feeding. Can use diaper at night.

This is absolutely normal, nothing to worry about. Using diaper can be continued, but change it quite frequently. Make sure child genital area is adequate washed and cleaned in between diaper change. Make ur feed ur child more .
