Hello Breast milk contains sufficient water to satisfy baby's thrist.Since it is a winter season baby needs may be low. Please make sure that child passes urine atleast 6 times per day.

Water has to be offered empty stomach. Prefer to give it first in the morning when child wakes up and active. Try to use a colourful glass for it. Can try orange juice, lemon water, coconut water, if child is avoiding simple water. Not to give after the child is full. As such breastmilk contains 80% water so need not to worry if child is not taking much.
