My baby is 28 days from tomorrow The baby is twitted and the body is warm not crying but hand legs are shaking like feel  very uncomfort ,kindly suggest wich medicine should use or wat to do??

Check armpit temperature. If more than 99.5 deg F can give paracetamol drops
