Baby spit up

My baby is 1 month old Am giving her formula feed After every feed she spit up so much She always keep milk in mouth From 3 days she is doing like this. Please help Any suggestions

Take the appropriate quantity of formula Do give feeds every 2 nd hrly Do proper burping after each feed If still then problem persists have an offline consultation
