My baby boy is 2 months and 11 days old.. When i can expect his eye vision, where can he recognise human faces and respond accordingly.??

Children can recognise mother and father by age of 2-3 months. Proper colour vision and overall vision comes by 6 months.

If you feel your child is not seeing properly, kindly visit ophthalmologist

At about 2 months old, babies usually are able to follow a moving object with their eyes as their visual coordination improves. In fact, at around 3 months old, your baby may have enough eye and arm coordination to track at a nearby moving object. 5-8 months+  at distinguishing facial information
