Its not strept throat unless u have report of it... Nothing to do....self limited viral infection mostly

How do you know it is strep throat? Has it come in lab test on throat swab ? If yes it must be treated with antibiotic to which it is sensitive as per culture report because consequences of strep throat are rheumatic fever and it’s complications. Usually penicillin for ten days or erythromycin are recommended for culture proven sore throat .complete course is necessary .

If feeding, activity are fine no need to do anything now, just wait and watch. Complaints will resolve soon medication not required.
