Big NO. Only breastfeeding should be given to babies below 6 months of age Breastfeeding is best feeding for babies All mothers have sufficient milk to feed their baby it is just the assessment of milk adequacy which they fail to understand. Any baby passing 6-8  times urine every 24 hours on breastfeeding is getting adequate milk
Next Steps
please see few videos which will help you understand proper way to attach and position the baby http://m.raisingchildren.net.au/articles/breastfeeding_attachment_video.html http://m.raisingchildren.net.au/articles/breastfeeding_positions_video.html http://m.raisingchildren.net.au/articles/breastfeeding_overview_video.html
Health Tips
If feeding with top milk only use katori spoon, do not use a bottle. First do breastfeeding and then only top milk using katori spoon. Feed more in night, mothers make more milk in night. Enjoy nature's gift of motherhood to nourish your baby.

Don't give Liv 52. Burp the baby in a proper way.

Absolutely NOT!! Useless medicine, has no role in your problem. The commonest cause of vomiting at this age is regurgitation due to overfeeding. What you need to do is give feeds at a gap of atleast 2-1/2 to 3 hours, not less, burp him for atleast 10 mins after every feed, lay him on his RIGHT side for half an hour after burping, and keep him elevated by placing a cushion beneath the head and shoulders, all the time. Babies will not necessarily burp like adults,so don't wait for it,just pat firmly on the back for 10 mins after every feed.
