No problem if baby is passing adequate urine. If baby is active and playful,  no fever,  passing adequate urine ie.  minimum 6-8 times per day, then no need to worry for motion ( once in 7 days or  15 times per day-  both conditions are totally normal.

It is absolutely normal for infants to pass stool 7-10 times a day or once in 5-7 days. However, certain things need to be monitored. Make sure that the baby is feeding well (preferably breast milk or if not available then formula), passing urine adequately with absence of recurrent vomiting or abdominal distension leading to severe discomfort to the baby. Another thing to look out for is stool color. It is important to make sure stool color is not white/pale/clay colored and there should not be any blood in the stools. If any such thing appears it needs to be investigated asap.

Babies sometimes pass stools after 4-5 days, that is normal. If feeding well and passing urine adequately everyday then need not worry . If there are any feeding issues, excessive crying, straining or difficulty while passing stools then consult doctor.
