Hello dear, Latching has a psychological and hormonal effect on breast milk production as well which pumping lacks obviously. So direct breast feeding is always better. If you have issues with latching, do consult a pediatrician or breastfeeding support groups to guide you better. They will help you in making the baby latch.

Try Direct breast feeding.. always the best for both mother and baby... You may attend a clinic physically for a training related to breast feeding techniques i.e. positioning and attachment..
