Hi, 26 weeks yesterday night after eating 2hours and lying left lateral position I felt 3 to 5 movements after that today early morning is that fine I feel there is some dip may be may be not But is it fine???

If you are perceiveing 3-5 movements after you have your food then it is adequate. Total of atleast 10 movements should be perceived in whole day i.e 12 hours
