Babies usually develop constipation around this age. U can use this syrup as and when required only. As baby is breast fed, then need not worry, this is gut maturation period. After 6 months of age u’ll be able to start cereals and fibre rich food that’ll take care of constipation. Then syrup requirement will come down. U may use glycerine suppositories also, they are devoid of any side effects or dependency.
