Baby hurt her teeth while jumping

Baby hurt her teeth while jumping and it was bleeding for sometime. We have checked her up and also have done X-ray. She is on antibiotics. I see her teeth to be loosened, so will that be fixed on its own or it is a matter of concern?

Hope she is painfree, if not you could give her Crocin DS/Paracetamol/Calpol for her weight. Once the swellin/bruising settles one can know true impact the injury has had, luckily it is the milk teeth so unless it is causing her pain in future it should be fine.
Next Steps
Give her soft diet which is easy to chew Pain control with Crocin suspension
