You can do after 2 years of age.Let the fontanelle (soft head opening part on skull) get fused properly to avoid injury to it

Better option is once soft spots closed completes means atleast 1 yr If u want shave now itself you need to be very cautious while shaving not to  press on Soft spots

As 4 months baby’s anterior and posterior fontanelles are open ,so very carefully and if possible avoid doing that ,if required be gentle.
