Me and my 4months old baby girl has sneezing and running nose...should I give her paracetamol or if I take cetrizine will that help through breast feeding...she is on breast feeding only..no other issues

Paracetamol is not needed for running nose and sneezing,  u can take cetrizine, but how much it will help ur baby is difficult to know.
